Christopher Selsby

As Executive Vice President and Director of Europe, Christopher Selsby oversees the operations of our European offices and focuses on growth initiatives to build our European business. He is actively seeking to grow our investor base and exploring further acquisitions in Europe. Christopher graduated from Oxford University with a law degree and qualified as a Solicitor in the UK. Early in his career, Christopher became general counsel for a property development and construction company. In 1984, he switched to private practice and was a partner in a City of London law firm for 10 years. He has more than 15 years of experience in real estate and property law. Since moving to the United States and joining Harwood International in 1996, Christopher has been engaged in Harwood’s acquisition and disposition transactions. He was also involved in the master planning of Harwood International Center in Dallas and another 15-acre Harwood property in Richardson. After being asked to lead our London office, which opened in 2000, Christopher was instrumental in negotiating world record rents at our St James’s Square building, Cleveland House. In 2003, he oversaw an extensive Harwood International consultancy project involving properties in five European countries for a global telecommunications company.
