In its early days, Magnolias: Sous Le Pont was a nondescript sundries shop selling everyday essentials. In 2015, the concept underwent a complete contemporary transformation inspired by Europe’s most popular collaborative spaces, Dallas’ young local artist scene, and a pure devotion to the coffee and tea craft.
The name of the shop is inspired by the aromatic magnolia trees that flank the memorable teal blue façade. Alluding to its tucked-away location, sous le pont translates to under the bridge in French.
Since opening in the Harwood District, Magnolias: Sous Le Pont has become one of Dallas’ most popular and picturesque coffee shops, known for its friendly baristas, artistic atmosphere, and innovative coffee and tea drinks.
