An Uptown area financial firm is growing its office by more than 50 percent.
Northern Trust Corp. is expanding its office to 13,000 square feet in the Saint Ann Court tower on Harry Hines Boulevard at Olive Street.
“Having been a tenant at Saint Ann Court over the last five years, we are excited to expand our footprint in Uptown,” Mark Flagg, Dallas Region President for Northern Trust, said in a statement. “Our new office will bring our wealth management and banking professionals together under one roof, creating greater synergy and efficiency in serving our clients.”
Founded in Chicago in 1889, Northern Trust has in19 states and in Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Hannah Waidmann and Kelly Whaley of building owner Harwood International negotiated the lease with Harlan Davis, Neal Puckett and Phil Puckett of CBRE.
Other tenants in Saint Ann Court include Amegy Bank, Boston Consulting Group, McDermott Will & Emery, McGuire, Craddock Strother, Unisys and Viant Technology.
