New Uptown Dallas tower scores another tenant
Law firm BakerHostetler leases new Dallas office.
A new Uptown Dallas office high-rise has landed a major law firm tenant.
BakerHostetler, an Ohio-based legal firm, has leased 19,699 square feet of office space in the Harwood No. 10 building on McKinnon Street near the entrance to the Dallas North Tollway.
The firm previously had a temporary office in a nearby building in the surrounding Harwood District.
The BakerHostetler lease is the second recent deal in the new office tower.
Real estate firm Lurin recently leased 13,000 square feet in the 22-story high-rise.
The building by developer Harwood International is now more than 90% leased.
Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis and Neal Puckett of CBRE negotiated the lease with Kelly Whaley and Hannah Waidmann of Harwood International.
BakerHostetler just opened its Dallas office with more than a dozen lawyers. The company is more than a century old and has operations nationwide.
