Cleveland House is one of the premier office buildings in St. James’s and Mayfair, housing private and investment banks, fund managers, private equity firms and public companies. The building was originally built in 1674 and underwent a renovation by Harwood International in 2001.

The building is constructed over a basement, ground and six upper floors. Floor plates range from 770 – 970 sq m / 8,280 – 10,450 sq ft, and there is car and cycle parking. Cleveland House features a striking multi-storey water feature designed by noted British sculptor William Pye, stone carving by artist Robin Connelly, and pieces from the internationally acclaimed Ann & Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection in reception.
