Oliver Barbier-Mueller serves as Executive Vice President of Harwood International, and is responsible for overseeing Harwood International’s construction, architecture, interior design, and procurement.
Specifically, Oliver oversees HCMS, a construction management company, as well as HDF, an architecture and design firm. These companies currently have 1.4 million square feet under development and have built many world-class developments, including Frost Tower, the Rolex Buildings in Dallas and Beverly Hills, and Cleveland House in London among others. They have worked with such acclaimed architects as James Cheng, Michael Graves, Richard Keating, Kengo Kuma, Joey Shimoda, and Jean-Michel Wilmotte. In addition, Oliver founded Sphinx Construction Group and Amerigo Development Solutions. Sphinx is a general contracting firm whose projects span from The Rolex Building to HARWOOD No. 10. Amerigo Development Solutions is an international procurement firm that has sourced over $10 million in building materials and design/build creative solutions from Europe, Asia and South America for high-end residential and commercial towers. All of these companies work in tandem and constitute a fully-integrated design/build platform with a proven track record for optimized development within established parameters of budget and schedule. Oliver graduated from Texas Christian University with a focus in International Entrepreneurial Business Management.
