In 2010: Leased 300,000+ rentable square feet in Dallas’s Uptown market at some of the highest rates in DFW. Attained record breaking rent rates in Beverly Hills, London and Zurich.

In 2011: Brought all our buildings under lease management to a 90% average occupancy in each of our markets.
