The types of projects we consider purchasing include joint ventures, buy-outs of existing partnership positions, projects with developable land sites, lease-up/rollover risk situations and turn around opportunities. HI has acquired more than 8 billion dollars of stabilized asset value over multiple platforms.

HI takes a conservative approach in creating and managing its portfolio of investment properties. Under our transaction committee review process, each property enters our portfolio following strict investment guidelines, and is then placed into value added operations/development under the direction of an asset management or development group.
