Acquisition: Expansion Goals Generate Interest in Superior Assets

Think of Harwood International (HI) as an asset manager for a collection of opportunity funds/partnerships supported by a core group of managing directors with over 200 years of combined experience.

HI actively seeks acquisition opportunities of office and multi-family properties to add to our existing portfolio. The types of projects we consider purchasing include joint ventures, buy-outs of existing partnership positions, projects with developable land sites, lease-up/rollover risk situations and turn around opportunities. HI has acquired more than 8 billion dollars of stabilized asset value over multiple platforms.

Dispositions: Opportunities Created by Strategic Portfolio Management

HI takes a conservative approach in creating and managing its portfolio of investment properties. Under our transaction committee review process, each property enters our portfolio following strict investment guidelines, and is then placed into value added operations/development under the direction of an asset management or development group.
