Leasing Information

The District of Harwood began in 1984 with the opening of the Rolex building. The Dallas landmark was Uptown Dallas’ first office development. When Rolex built their new tower, the building was aptly renamed Harwood No. 1. The building features an atrium-style lobby centered around a fountain with an impressive Rolex clock rising above it that is accessible from a front circular drive to Marie Gabrielle Restaurant and Gardens.

On the third and fifth floor are the Nomad Suites, Harwood Leasing’s coworking offices with both private offices and dedicated desks.

The lobby features a special piece of The Samurai Collection, the first piece of armor purchased by Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller.
