Senior Property Manager of Harwood and Harwood Life Style

Vickie Fentz joined Harwood International in 1994, and serves as the Senior Property Manager of Harwood and Harwood Life Style.

Vickie has more than 30 years of experience in multi-family, commercial, residential, and land real estate property management and is responsible for all aspects of property management including annual budget compilation, budget implementation, oversight of capital improvements, landscape maintenance, as well as, teaming on construction projects.

Vickie completed various business and law courses at Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis, and in 1989 obtained her Texas Real Estate License. In 1996 she received her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management and is also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Vickie is the proud recipient of the prestigious 2007 Toby Award and other regional competitions and is currently working towards completing the LEED Green Associate and LEED AP Operations and Maintenance Certifications.
