Controller

Barbara Georgakis joined Harwood International in 1998, and currently serves as the Controller, responsible for overseeing all accounting functions to include financial and investor reporting.

Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in real estate accounting and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Harwood in 1998, Barbara was with a big eight accounting firm and progressed to publicly and privately held real estate investment, management and development firms, which entailed all aspects of real estate accounting, investor reporting and SEC reporting.

Barbara holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Marshall University in West Virginia, obtained CPA certification in 1984, and is licensed to practice in Texas.
